Maestri del Gusto Company is an interesting reality among Italian fine food productions. It keeps and enhances Mediterranean food traditions, by devoting to traditional hand-crafted fish processing and preservation. These actions are perfomed by continously and daily investing on “Sicilian-ness” and on excellent raw materials. Our traditional processing methods come from our Master craftsmen over twenty-year skills and experience.
